The hotel is located in a very interesting, new build area, making it convenient to commute to and from the airport. The rooms have all you need, including a lovely bath, although they could be cleaner regarding dust. The bed and bed linen are fantastic, providing a very comfortable stay. The service was generally friendly and helpful, although there was a minor inconvenience when one staff member seemed a bit time-wasting. The location is perfect, near the subway station, allowing easy access to the city center within 15 minutes. The dining experience was simply outstanding, although a bit expensive and lacking variety. The facilities were adequate, with no specific praises or complaints.

The hotel offered nice, clean rooms of a good size, exactly as advertised, with a large TV and a clean yet pretty bathroom. However, the supposed sea view was missing. Despite the ongoing constructions nearby, the location was convenient next to the Metro at Orientkaj, making it easy to reach major spots in Copenhagen with ease. The hotel rooms are offered with very limited amenities near the corridor door that leads to an outside corridor between the building below the quadruple rooms. The service was incredibly friendly, with luxury toiletries provided. The location, despite being a bit outside the city center, ended up being much more convenient than I had imagined, thanks to being 2 minutes from the metro stop with frequent trains. The dining experience was excellent, with a large variety of choices available.
